I really wanted to create something cute that a baby up to an older girl would all enjoy. This top seemed to embody this. The look of this top is completely up to you. You can add a lot of shirring or just a little for a more snug or flowly top. Increase the length and you have a really cute dress. This is really a year round top considering a long sleeve top or peasant top would be so cute underneath when colder and just the top itself when it is warmer outside.
