“I've made it twice now. It was kind of difficult the first time, much easier the second time. Both turned out really cute.”
There are tons of baby accessories out there but this one is not only adorable but is sure to be used by a new mom again and again! Combining the changing pad with pockets to hold both a diaper and your wipes makes this pattern really nice for staying organized.
The traveling changing pad features a 24" changing pad and two pockets. One pocket holds diapers and the other, lined in PUL, holds wipes. PUL is a plastic coated material to keep your wipes moist and fresh for diaper changes. Folded and tied, the piece measures 6" x 8".
Materials needed to make the traveling changing pad are cotton fabric, terry cloth (or substitute), PUL (or substitute), velcro, sewing machine & other sewing basics. This is a beginners project that can also be customized for a more advanced sewer.
A link to download the PDF pattern will be sent to your paypal email directly after your purchase is complete. Start sewing now and create something beautiful!
You do have permission to sell changing pads you make from this pattern on a small, handmade scale. You are required to give Gingercake credit for the pattern. Thanks!
