“Gorgeous and easy!”

Another popular design from the Handmaiden's Cottage, this Petticoat dress is designed to be worn alone or under a jumper or pinafore to add fullness and sleeves!

Pattern may be used in conjunction with the Handmaiden's Cottage Tea Party Dress Pattern! Use this dress under the overdress part of the Tea Party Dress for a Petticoat and Pinafore set...just skip the ruffled underskirt sections of the Tea Party Dress pattern.

Designed for sewing with basic tools or for the seamstress who uses a serger and gathering foot.
The pattern contains different options for elastic (shirring or elastic casing), hemming and finishing seams!
