I am a beginner when it comes to crocheting. Following patterns is new to me. I found this pattern easy to understand and the pictures helpful. The only trouble I had was getting the shoes to fit the same. I had one tighter around the top than the other so it did not fit correctly. This was NOT the fault of the pattern designer! I would recommend this pattern to every crocheting grandma of a granddaughter with American Girl dolls. Guaranteed you will receive a huge hug as a reward for your time.
Very nice pattern, easy to follow and a good fit for the American Girl Doll!
Great for scrap yarn
, and a good compliment to the doll clothes I make.
Great way to use my scrap yarn. Shoes turned out very cute.
This is a great pattern and so easy. I have found a fun project for all my scrap yarn.
This was a fun pattern. I did find the instructions to crocheting the bow a little difficult to follow so I created my own bow. Otherwise I will definitely be making these again. My grandaughter, age 6, loved them and I did chose her colors, hot pink and dk chocolate trim with bow. These ballet flats are a good fit for an American Girl Doll.
