Both sides of the quilters tool tote unzip, giving you 5 large pockets, a center zipper bag and a large flat tool work space.
You don't have to be a Quilter to Love this tote.
Perfect to take to your sewing class or Quilt Guild workshops.
Select a great fabric, use fat quarters, create a pieced quilt like cover or leave it plain.
Project requires 1 2/3 yards fabric (plus 1 fat quarter for contrasting pocket). I used 8 fat quarters of hand dyed coordinated fabrics for the pieced tote.
Zip up the sides and it's a tote... ready to go. check out all of my photos.
Easy zipper application or use snaps or velcro to open sides.. but zippers are the best.
Patterns for both totes (applique too) sizes are printed on each pattern for quilters with big rulers and printable patterns for the rest of us stitchers.(8 1/2" X 11" paper,)
It is Crafter friendly and projects made from this pattern, by you, may be sold by you at craft shows or online.

I also love this tote. I found it easy to make. I did have trouble with the zipper instructions. I contacted the author and she promptly replied with the needed information. She was easy to talk to and eager to help me.
I love this tote and I even modified it to carry my 18" x 24" cutting mat. I did find the instructions for sewing in the zipper frames to the tote a bit confusing but everything else was a breeze!
Okay all you crafters out there! This is a MUST! it is also a wonderful gift idea for those you know that enjoy sewing and stitching!
