Supplies Needed:

3/8” Black Grosgrain Ribbon (25- 2 ½” korked pieces; 4 - 6” pieces; 1- 2” piece)
Size 10mm google eyes
¼” ribbon (shown here in purple)
¼” Wood Dowels
Wooden clothespins
Black Heavy Duty Thread
Glue gun
Fabri Tac Glue
Hair clip of your choice

These are so much fun. I made a ton of them one Halloween for my DD's preschool class. I made them all as hair elastics so that the boys could wear them on their wrists. Fun and easy to make!
