I made up my first two pair of Basic Leggings for the two granddaughters who live near me. This means that I can obtain accurate measurements! Accurate measurements are really needed when working with activewear fabrics and patterns. Be off just a tad and the item will be too loose or (even worse) far too tight.
They p/u the leggings last night and were suitably pleased with my work.
Remember the above comment about measurements? Well, I made two errors; the knit fabric was way too loose and the measurements were too small. My next two will be made from orange Supplex and the numbers will be much more accurate. I foresee many pair from this pattern. Cordially, Nehmah
