When Jennifer was a kid she LOVED the idea of decorating the house for EVERY holiday. She even announced to her mom one day that when she grew up, she was going to paint the outside of her house for every holiday. It wasn’t until many years later that she figured out why her mom didn’t think that painting a house pink and red for Valentine’s Day (or, can you imagine – black and orange for Halloween!?) was such a great idea.
“Every Day a Celebration – Banners” is our grown-up version of that childish fantasy. Every season brings something to look to forward to and celebrate, and there is just something about a banner that says “Now THIS is a PARTY!” This pattern comes with detailed instructions for 13 banner designs – one for each of the twelve months, and one for birthdays. It also comes with templates for the complete alphabet, and numbers 0-9, so you can create banners for absolutely anything you feel like celebrating!
Finished Measurements: The average banner length is 52” (a good length for the average fireplace mantle). Flags are 4”x 6”.
Note: These are downloadable instructions and pattern pieces for making banners. Since it is a download, a window will open to download and when you are signed into your user account at the time of purchase, it will also be located in the "My Library" section of your user account immediately after purchase.
I have made several of these as gifts
I have made two of these banners and they look really nice. Directions are easy to follow and are accurate. Great pattern!
