Unfortunately, I did not take a photo. I made a newborn size for a shower. I made it for a baby girl in gray knit. I appliqued an elephant in pink polka dot, and added matching pink shoulder ruffle.
It turned out to be adorable. I added the gusset and hand sewed snaps for crotch closure. Handling such tiny pieces was a challenge for me, but it was a pretty straightforward sew. The newborn size was tiny, as was described in the instructions. I will make it again for a baby due this summer, but will size up for sure. I'll be sure to post a picture when it's finished.
-Main Fabric: fleece, french terry, midweight knits with at least 30% stretch
- Accent Fabric (cuffs, hood lining and pocket): knits with at least 30% stretch
- 1/2 yard 1/2" single fold bias tape
- Closed Bottom Zipper (see chart below for length)
- Lightweight fusible interfacing
