My 6yo dd and I made these plus one for her doll all to match. They turned out really cute and the pattern and directions were super! Easy for a beginner, fast to put together!! Great for hot summer days. This was a nice starter top for my oldest daughter, she is in between kids and misses so this was great, and she made it herself, she LOVED it.

I LOVE IT makes a beautiful shirt!
Binksma, Erin - January 8th, 2012
Kind of shapeless and not figure flattering. But this was a great pattern for me to use during my summer maternity days. Quick and easy to put together and fits a great variety of sizing!

I agree with some of the other ladies here. The top came together easily and beautifully, but it isn't terribly flattering to my post-twins body. The arm holes need a bit of tweaking. I'm going to try this pattern again in a drapier (spelling?) fabric like satin or jersey and also make it a bit longer to wear with leggings.
Jenny Bieniek - August 1st, 2011
I purchased several fabric combos to make several of these for my pre-teen daughter. Made my first one yesterday and cannot wait to make more. They are too cute and go together so easily. She loves it. Thank you.

Not terribly flattering for an adult (size large), I was disappointed that the body had NO shaping, just a sack with arm holes. It was fast and it was easy, but is it something I'll wear? Not without some major pattern rehab like shaping at the waist and some work on the arm holes because I don't have twig arms.
miranda sloots - August 1st, 2011
it's true! this is an awesome pattern! i made one myself for my DD last summer!
Victoria Quantrell - August 1st, 2011
Super easy pattern to follow. I definitely reccommend reading through the entire instructions first before starting. And I think the arm holes need minor adjusting. When I put on the shirt the arm holes felt like they were going to saw my arm off they were so tight. I made the large size and everything went really well. Defintiely in LOVE with the pattern just needs slightly longer arm holes for sure.
