Description
This adorable romper is a twist on the pillowcase dress! The Bree Romper is simple yet fun! It has elastic in the waist and you can use this pattern to make shorts alone if you choose. The neck strap ties into a bow on the side and allows room for growth! Great for any seamstress, with many color photos, step by step directions, and the tutorial includes printable computer generated pattern pieces.

Materials
sewing machine, iron, light to midweight fabric (yardage included in the file), scissors, coordinating thread, 1/4" elastic, pins, two safety pins, measuring tape or rotary cutter and mat (optional).
