Fabric Waistband Tutu Tutorial! This pdf tutorial will walk you through all the steps of making a tutu with a fabric waistband. Fabric waistbands give your tutus a unique fun look, and also make them very durable.
Sizes are for newborn to 14.

Materials
sewing machine
1/4 fabric
3-8 yards tulle depending on size
3/4" non-roll elastic
thread
Rotary cutter and mat or scissors and measuring device
Hand sewing needle
Iron and ironing board
Spray starch (optional)
Embellishments such as ribbon, silk flowers, buttons, etc. for decorating the waistband (optional)
