¼ yard for body of hat and top of hat
1/8 yard for hat band
¼ yard for brim
¼ yard Muslin for hat lining
½ yard Peltex (both sides fusible)
1 package double fold bias tape
Embellishments such as feathers, buttons, buckles, ribbons or any other desired item
Glue gun (embrace it!!) and hot glue sticks
Small amount of fiberfill (Pincushion only)
One package 1” elastic

They made cute hats, but with that being said, there were no photos of completed hats and all the photos were in black and white. It would have been easier to follow the directions if there were color photos and it would have been nice to have had at least one photo of one completed hat

Super cute and easy too! I made this for a local play of The Wizard of Oz. The mayor of Munchkin land wore this hat on a headband. The instructions are very easy to follow and the hat takes no time to put together.

I made these hats to go with my tutu Diva dresses. We did a photo shoot for my Pixie Petal Creations page and they were a show stopper every where we went. Super easy to follow and the results are stunning! Loved them!
