Description
Tiered, twirly peasant dress pattern for all occasions! Classic peasant neckline and sleeves, tiers for mixing and matching fabric, and a full short sleeve or tapered long sleeve. Complete instructions are included for sewing the dress with or without elastic shirring, and a tutorial on shirring with elastic thread is included if you've never tried it.
Sizes included: 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.

Materials
Light to midweight cotton or cotton-blend fabrics - full fabric requirements by size are given in the eBook; 1.25 yard ¼” elastic or elastic thread for shirring; and (optional) 1 package single fold bias tape in coordinating color.

It's unfortunately not easy to resize the shorts pattern - the rises, hips, waist, leg width - are all resized separately and affect each other. Not as simple as just adding an amount all around.
