This is a great pattern I have made several for a friends twins, then i embroidered on the underskirt. They are a big hit with the 3rd grade crowd.

I have made this pattern at least six times already. I love it. It is easy to make and the results are beautiful. The instructions are clear and concise and it is quick. I can't remember when I enjoyed making a pattern so much in fact, I have made it for every little girl I know. I would love to have more patterns like this.

Light to midweight fabric (44” wide): main skirt, 2T and 3T, ¼ yard; all larger sizes, 1/2 yard; contrast panel fabric: 2T, ¼ yard, all larger sizes, 1/3 yard; ruffle fabric: 1/3 yard for all sizes.
