I love how this cute little dress came out! I made a 12-month size dress using all one fabric (for the dress, ruffle, tie, etc) and was thrilled with the results but think it also looks great using contrasting fabric for the ruffles and tie, as pictured in the tutorial. My only concern was differentiating the "length" and "width" measurements in the instructions. I thought it was a bit confusing at one part but I went with my gut and everything worked out perfectly. I'm in the middle of making another one. I've only been sewing for 8 months and the first one took me just a few hours. Great pattern!

Love this dress! Easy and quick to sew up. Lots of sizes so I caould match my big girls and my little one. My only problem was I had to adjust the armhole sizes a bit. Not sure if my girls just have chubby arms or I gave too much of a seam allowance. But overall completely able to work around to get the best fit for my girls and they love it.
