Make the transition from large diaper bag to posh purse! Roomy enough for the kids extras but yet cute enough for a night out. This messenger style allows for hands free shopping and wrangling of kids.

Size: 8 1/2 wide, 10 1/2 tall & 3 inches deep.

Back flap pocket is great for a cell phone & keys. Inside pocket is large enough for lipstick and other necessary items. Ebook includes pattern for outside pocket & bag flap. Measurements are given for main bag.

Flower not included in pattern but can be found for free on www.theDIYDish.com.

Materials Needed:

-Main fabric: ½ yard
-Bag flap: ¼ yard or fat quarter
-Strap: 1/8 yard
-Outside & inside pocket: fat quarters or scraps
-¾ yard of medium weight interfacing
-½ yard of fusible fleece
-1 large button & 1 small button

LOVED THIS PATTERN..I MADE A PURSE FOR A CHILD WHO HAD ONE PARENT THAT LIKED ALABAMA AND ONE FOR AUBURN..I SPLIT THE ONE PANEL INTO TWO AND SEWED OPPOSITE FABRICS TOGETHER...MADE SHOULDER STRAP SPLIT TEAMS ALSO...TURNED OUT AWESOME....WISH I HAD TAKEN PICS OF IT...IF I MAKE ANOTHER ONE HOW DO I SEND A PIC...THANKS...
