“Good pattern”

She loves me...she love me not...she loves me when I make this skirt for her!

Perfect for any holiday, just change up the colors for any season. It has all the elements a little girl and her mom need: Twirl, color, fluff and ease. This is not a hard pattern. Great for a beginner or any level seamstress.

Sizes 6/12mths, 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8.

Materials Needed:

Fabric- 1 3/4 yards up to 3 yards for largest size.
Tulle- 1 1/2 yards up to 2 5/8 yards for largest size.
1/2 yard of 3/4 inch wide elastic.

The Portrait Peasant Top by Carla C is used for the blouse. Create a full outfit with these 2 patterns for the Holidays!
