This fabulous upcycled dress is comfy and so much fun to wear. You can either use a tshirt with your favorite characters or knit and applique it up for the ultimate glam design! The skirt twirls completely out and will be sure to put a smile on the little girl's face you make it for!

Pattern includes measurements, cutting chart, pattern pieces and step-by-step instructions. Each step has a color photo to help out my visual friends. It is like sewing with a friend that is right there with you.
