“Toke a while but worth it”
Inspired by the Round Topsy Turvy Diaper Cake, the Square Topsy Turvy also accommodates the standard size 40 inch blanket on the bottom layer. In the 24:34 minute video, I’ll show you how to use several different baby products to wrap the cake. This design requires fewer diapers but stands slightly higher than the round Topsy Turvy design.
Watch whenever you like and as many times as you’d like.
There is no damage done to the baby products with this design.
*****Embellishment options not included in the instructions.*****
This Topsy Turvy Diaper Cake PDF pattern includes clear step-by-step instructions with illustrations to construct your pattern and create the simple no-sew framework. There is also link to a video tutorial to stuff and wrap your diaper cake.
Once your pattern is complete, it should take less than 10 minutes to trace the pattern on the framework, cut it out and tape it together. They’re remarkably sturdy once the blankets and diapers are added and the pattern folds together small enough to fit in your file cabinet for your next diaper cake gift.

The bottom frame work is designed to fit the standard size, 30” X 40” baby blanket. The middle one will accommodate any size blanket but works best with a smaller one. Burp cloths or receiving blankets are perfect for the top layer.
32-38 Size 3 diapers
9 corsage pens or diaper pens (I prefer the round pearl heads.)
Roll of double sided tape
Detailed list of supplies will be provided in the instructions
Toke a while but worth it
The video & instructions are great. This is fun to make. It takes a little practice, but is still easy. They look great when you take a little time and don't rush.
I purchased both the square and the round Topsy Turvy Diaper Cake patterns. After reading the pdf materials and watching the videos (which are very well written and prepared), I can't wait to get started on one or both of these adorable ideas! My dil will find out if the baby is a girl or boy tomorrow and then I will be off to the store to buy the goodies to make this project. I can't wait. I'm sure it will be the center piece of the baby shower! Wonderfully done!
This is very nice. I haven't made it yet, but will be trying it for an upcoming baby shower in July
