“I love this pattern!”
Create an adorable hat for you or your friend's baby. Think how great it would be to make this as a gift and to tell them you made it. There are two styles a single and double knotted hat, both come in one size (fits newborns up to 16lbs).
The added bonus of buying a PDF pattern is that you don't have to trace the pattern pieces each time you want to make a new shirt. All you have to do is print out the pattern and cut the size you want to make.
This is a great starter project for someone who has never sewn with knit fabrics before.
Pattern pieces include 1/4" seam allowance (unless otherwise noted).
Patterns are made to be printed on US Letter paper (8.5"x11"), so pattern pieces will need to be assembled as directed in the instructions. You will not be asked to scale to fit or crop any of the pattern pieces; All pattern pieces are at 100% scale. I've also included a "Test Square" to make sure your printer is printing the pattern pieces correctly.
The instructions are broken down into sections and give a detailed step-by-step explanation on how to construct each piece.
*Note: These are downloadable instructions and pattern pieces for making a hat. Since it is a download, a window will open to download and when you are signed into your user account at the time of purchase, it will also be located in the "My Library" section of your user account immediately after purchase.
