Just a quick note about Phoebe, this little jumper is one of those wonderful designs that is truly 4 seasons. During the warmer weather you can pair it up with a t-shirt or tank and in the cooler months it looks adorable with a long sleeved T or a turtle neck.

Materials needed: fabric, matching thread, buttons, scissors, straight pins, a rotary cutter, quilter's ruler, cutting mat, and a sewing machine.
