“Very easy pattern to make...instructions and pictures make it a breeze to do. Good for experienced sewers.”

The pea pod and carrot bibs are very easy to make. The pea pod bib measures 7” wide by 9” in length. The carrot bib measures 7 1/2” wide by 9” in length. The length of both bibs is 7 1/2” under the neck. The bibs are embellished with rick rack (top of carrot bib), bias tape (ties and around the neck) and fabric yo-yos (peas). Instructions are included for making the yo-yos.

Materials Needed to Make Pea Pod Bib:
-Light/medium weight cotton solid or print fabrics – 1/4 yard bright to dark green for bib front/back, 1/8 yard medium green for bib sides, 1/8 yard avocado green for bib top, 1/8 yard lime green for peas (yo-yos)
-Fusible fleece or cotton batting – one 9” x 11” rectangle
-Extra wide double fold bias tape –1 yard bright/dark green
-Sewing thread – Coordinating color

Materials Needed to Make Carrot Bib:
-Light/medium weight cotton solid or print fabrics – 1/4 yard orange for carrot, 1/4 yard green for bib top
-Fusible fleece or cotton batting – one 9” x 11” rectangle (fusible fleece was used for sample bib but cotton batting will work just as well)
-Extra wide double fold bias tape – 1 yard lime green
-Jumbo or medium rick rack – 1/2 yard bright/dark green
-Sewing thread – Coordinating color

There are seven pages of instructions, five pages of patterns and thirty-four photographs.
