This listing is for PDF pattern instructions to make this beautiful yet simple to construct case for your iPad or Kindle DX!
The case is fitted, so it is designed to protect and enhance an uncovered device. This Pattern is designed to fit any device up to 10" x 7.5" x 1/2" including full sized tablets like the iPad 1, 2, 3 or 4, Kindle Fire HD 8.9", Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1", and more.
If you have never installed a zipper, no problem! The method used is extremely easy. If you can sew a straight line, you can make this cover. The inside is fully lined, all seams are enclosed in the finished case and it is fully padded to protect your device. The process is super simple with a professional finished result.

This detailed pattern will take you step-by-step through the construction of the cover. Every step is described and a full color photograph is provided to illustrate the step. No assuptions of skill are made (other than operating your sewing machine!) and each step is brief and logically stated in large print.
I have been sewing for interiors for over 20 years and have attended numerous classes, seminars and other instructional venues. I hope that sharing my experience with you in making beautiful items for your home will give you much pleasure and lessen frustration with trying to 'figure out' how to make an item without instructions.
Questions or concerns about the pattern are welcome!
