This pattern is to make a monkey that is 14"/ 35cm tall and made from scraps of cotton and chenille...be creative and pair different fabrics for different looks! The pattern includes step-by-step instructions complete with photos. Pretty soon, you'll have a whole family of these little sweeties ready to swing from the chandeliers! Millie Monkey would make a great friend for a little one in your life.
1/2 yard of assorted quilters cotton and chenille scraps
Small piece of craft velour or felt for face piece
1/2"/ 14mm buttons

This was also my first "stuffed animal" to sew. The directions are written so anyone call follow them. I made three of them for my daughters. My girls love their monkeys!
These were my first "stuffed animals" and they were so nice and easy to make, quick too! Directions were easy to follow and the options to switch up the fabric whichever way you wanted it is soooo cool. I made 2 pirate monkeys for my boys and a sweet little girl monkey.
If you sell at craft fairs, go ahead and make as many as you want but please note on your tags that it is made from a Bit of Whimsy Dolls pattern. If you want to sell online you must give Bit of Whimsy Dolls credit for the pattern design. You may only have up to 5 total items made from any combination of my patterns listed at any given time. No mass producing is allowed! Do not use my designs or your interpretation of my designs to create banners, avatars, business cards, etc. Make as many as you want for gift giving!
