Bit of Whimsy Dolls: Handmade friends for your little one!

This pattern is to make a monkey that is 14"/ 35cm tall and made from scraps of cotton and chenille...be creative and pair different fabrics for different looks! The pattern includes step-by-step instructions complete with photos. Pretty soon, you'll have a whole family of these little sweeties ready to swing from the chandeliers! Millie Monkey would make a great friend for a little one in your life.

Materials needed:

1/2 yard of assorted quilters cotton and chenille scraps
Small piece of craft velour or felt for face piece
1/2"/ 14mm buttons
Embroidery Floss

Four pages of instructions, with two pages of full size pattern pieces and 12 step by step pictures. There are also pictures of several dolls for inspiration

These were my first "stuffed animals" and they were so nice and easy to make, quick too! Directions were easy to follow and the options to switch up the fabric whichever way you wanted it is soooo cool. I made 2 pirate monkeys for my boys and a sweet little girl monkey.
