“Although a lovely dress, this is not a full pattern. You only receive a front quarter of the dress and have to make up the rest of the pattern yourself. You don't get any back pattern pieces, it just tells you to widen the front pattern (which isn't a full pattern anyway)”

This pretty little dress was designed to be fast and simple to create, yet pretty and elegant at the same time. Simple lines and sweet style was the idea in creating the pattern for this dress. Mastering the skills of the pleated dress will help you to become a better sewer and show you how simple sewing for children can be!

This PDF pattern. It is 8 pages long and has lots of pictures. Dress construction, using bias tape, and the pleat are all skills you will learn and apply in this pattern. A great project for beginners and experienced sewers. It can easily be done in an afternoon and your sweetie will look so fresh and bright.

The following are the materials needed:

1 yard of solid cotton fabric (or a high quality poly blend is OK)
1/2 yard of contrast print cotton fabric
Rotary cutter and self healing mat

*Note: These are downloadable instructions and patterns for making a dress. Since it is a download, a window will open to download and when you are signed into your user account at the time of purchase, it will also be located in the "My Library" section of your user account immediately after purchase.
