“cute pants. used for jeans for my grandson. Can see using this pattern over & over.”

London pants is a funky yet comfortable, flat-front pants with cute details such as cargo pockets, pocket flaps, detailed top stitching as well as contrasting bottom hem fold . The length is convertible to fit your little girl or guy for a long time. This is a perfect feature for the fast growing little one. Fold it up shorter during summer, let it down as a long pants during fall! Any boys or girls would love to have this in their wardrobe. Make it with plain fabric such as denim, suiting fabric, corduroy or with any fun prints, it can be made dressy or casual.

In here, you will find the pattern and table of measurements and instructions to construct these pants to fit 12M – 8Y. All instructions are simple to follow and accompanied by color photos for better elaboration.

Great pattern. Couple of things. Waistband length is twice as long as needed, since it is cut on the fold of the fabric. If you need to lengthen, use the main part to lengthen from, not the lining. Also, why not make real back pockets as opposed to faux pockets. That being said, my 4 year old boy said, "These are the awesomest pants ever!" This pattern is not for beginners, but well worth the work!
