This is my Llama Ride-On Toy, think 'stick horse / hobby horse'...but as an adorable llama! I created this design in the fall of 2016. Released April 2017 in a Sewing Pattern & Tutorial.
This is my original design/pattern, hand designed by me then put into a professional digitized format.

Prints on standard 8.5" x 11" printer paper. Some pieces need to be joined with tape to create the full size template.
You will need to download the digital file which will be available immediately after purchase and then print what pages you would like.
I am also available via e-mail for any questions you may have along the way...I stand behind my products and will help you through any steps the best I can.
Confident Beginner...you can make this...I walk you through it step by step.
Currently only available in English. Measurements are in US Standard Units (inches).
>SIZE OF COMPLETED PONY AND HORSE
-Dowel is 7/8" diameter
-Weighs about 1 pound
-Head is ~8" from base of neck to top of the head (excluding ears) and ~8" from the nose to neck and ~4" wide
-Ideal age range up to about 3.5 to 4 years old (varies by child)
~40" tall *dowel can be cut to a shorter length upon request
-Dowel is 1" diameter
-Weighs about 2 pounds
-Head is ~12 inches from base of neck to top of head (excluding ears) ~12" from nose to neck and ~6" wide
-Ideal age range around 3.5 to 7+ years old (varies by child)

You may make llamas from this pattern for sale on a small 'home crafter' scale. I request credit be given to Rustic Horseshoe for the design on any llamas that are sold. This is detailed in the tutorial.

- 1/2 yard duck canvas (or other fabric such as cotton, minky, fleece, etc)
- 1/2 yard faux fur such as llama cuddle minky, shaggy minky, etc
- 3" wide by 36" long fabric for halter or decorative trim of choice
- 16oz fiber filling
- 1 pair 30mm safety bolted eyes
- 1" x 36" dowel
- Yarn to make pompoms (optional)
- 10" length of small pompom trim for bridle (optional)
- Doll sculpting needle (optional)
- Sewing machine
