“Very easy to make, even for a beginner. Instructions are easy to read, measurements easy to follow. It is also easy to adjust for height to make longer or shorter, or even add extra tier by simply doubling the ruffle amount, attach to the ruffle as a 3rd tier, and then the trim. I am making these in patchwork styles for lots of options!”
