This cap sleeved triple ruffle romper is perfect for Spring, Summer and on through Indian Summer! It has sn adorable (optional) apron, a shirred bodice (for a comfortable fit), and wide triple ruffle capri legs that all work together to create that one-of-a-kind, fun, yet girlie outfit! The sky is the limit now lets see what YOU can do with it!

We will have step-by-step instructions with lots of photos to help you follow along with ease! We highly recommend reading the entire pattern once or twice to become familiar with it before starting.

This pattern includes measurements for sizes 18 mos. to 6 girls.

I also found the sizing to be off, the straps even after the shirring are much too long

Very Adorable outfit! But I am finding that the sizing is way And they don't come out goucho like at I have had to resize
