These pot holders are so cute and easy to make. Each measures 8" long X 8 1/2" wide. They can be used as pot pinchers by inserting your hands into the wings. They would be adorable set on the table as trivets as well. What a nice house warming gift, or anyone would love them as a gift for any occasion!
This ebook includes a way to make bias tape and a sure-fire way to 'catch' the tape on both sides when sewing around the pot holder. This method insures a neat seam along the edge of the bias tape on BOTH sides.
They are made out of cotton fabric with a layer of batting in the wings and a double layer of batting in the bodies for extra insulation. They have cute button eyes and 1/4" ribbon for antennae. They are also very handy for the microwave due to their ability to fold and their light weight.
This 16 page PDF ebook includes full size patterns, a materials list, detailed instructions written in English, and clear step-by-step color photographs.

Super cute! Makes a nice gift. Don't plan on using these to lift anything real hot or for a very long time - they don't have the insulation needed for that but for lifting lids or quickly moving a pot, they are great.
