“So cute but easy and comfortable. Straight out of a boutique look!”

Sized for little ladies ages 6 months to 12 years, this skirt can be completed in one hour and takes less than one yard of fabric. The knit yoke is so comfortable and grows with your child for a year or two. If you have never sewn on a knit before, this pattern can give you confidence to do so.This pattern offers lots of opportunity for creativity and is so-o-o easy. Try adding tulle to the hem band for a fancier look!

The book has 8 pages and 19 color photos.

A cutting chart is used since all pattern pieces are rectangles.

Great skirt pattern, but I did not really like the knit yoke. I found that it fit too tightly.

very easy to make! I added shorts to make a skort with a matching peasant top, and my 9 year old loves it! Already have another outfit cutout for my 11 year old!
I would definately recommend this pattern to others!

This skirt was super easy to make. I am a total beginner and I was able to complete it in an afternoon. My 5-year old daughter LOVES the knit waistband...I just used an old t-shirt. She is sensitive to most clothing, but this skirt is soft on her skin and not restrictive. I'm going to make a few more for her!

This is a very easy pattern, but I found the instructions weren't very thorough. It is a good thing I have some sewing experience so I could fill in the gaps in the instructions, or it would have been very frustrating. I didn't care for the look of the knit yoke either. Unless you have a long shirt to wear it with, it doesn't look very good. I took the knit off and made a yoke out of the fabric from the hem.

Before you start this pattern, be sure to stock up on a rainbow of knits! You will not be able to make just one. This pattern is great for growing girls- it's full and twirly and can be made in different lengths, plus no more too tight elastic waistbands!! This is sure to become one of your "reach to" favorites...I highly recommend this pattern for a cute, quick and easy skirt that does not take a lot of fabric. ~Kathleen G.
