Materials needed:
• 1 yard fabric (quilting cotton, satin, or other lightweight fabric) for main cape; 1 yard for reverse
• Small piece (2") of hook-and-loop tape (like Velcro®)
• Polyester thread recommended
• Regular 8.5" x 11 printer paper and a printer; standard sewing equipment and supplies

Sizes that can be made: One size fits most, about 31" finished.
