This is my original design/pattern, designed by me with a trusty pencil, big eraser and paper. I designed this in November 2014.

 40” boning encased in cotton with a ¼” flap for seam allowance
 Fat quarter of suede, cotton or canvas (for hooves)
 Fat quarter of suede (for muzzle)
 ¼ skein yarn
 18mm safety bolt eyes
 ¾ yard canvas (I prefer around a 10oz duck canvas)
 ½ yard quality cotton fabric (for liner and name applique)
 24” length of ultra-firm stabilizer
 ~10 x 4” piece of light Heat N’ Bond adhesive
 4 Tbs poly beads (optional)
 ~6 oz fiber filling
 ¼ “ width x 8” length sturdy dowel or strip of hardwood
 Pair of synthetic eyelashes (optional)
