The inside is fully lined, all seams are enclosed in the finished case and it is fully padded to protect your device. The process is super simple with a professional finished result.

Supplies for the iPad, iPad 2, tablet computer Kindle DX case:

2 pieces of fabric about 11" wide by 16" tall - consider pattern or motif placement so you will have enough yardage to cut 2 pieces in this size.
2 pieces of lining about 11" wide by 16" tall
Batting in poly or cotton, 2 pieces about the same size as above.
1 12" zipper (nylon coil) or 12" of zipper by the foot in a coordinating color.
1 small tassel on a loop
thread to match lining.
