Flower Hair Accessories #2

Description

These hair accessories are so sweet and easy to make! Instructions are included to make two styles – three dimensional six-petal flowers and curvy edge flowers. Patterns are included to make assorted sizes for both styles. Combine the sizes in different ways to create an assortment of beautiful flowers. Ribbon bows, feathers, buttons, beads, rhinestones, pompoms, etc. can be attached to the flowers to embellish them.

Sample flowers are made from a variety of fabrics – cotton, satin, taffeta, etc. Acrylic or wool felt can be used to back flowers. Felt is fused to the wrong side of the fabric. Then the shapes are cut out and stitched around the edges. Patterns can be reduced or enlarged to make flowers different sizes. The finished flowers can be attached to headbands, hair clips, hair scrunchies, purses, clothing, etc.

This six page PDF e-pattern includes full size patterns, a materials list, instructions written in English, and step-by-step photographs.

Very cute and fun to pick the patterns that go together! very easy to assemble. the only thing I think I will do differnt next time is use Black fusible fleece on the black fabrics so they don't see the backing quite so much
