Grace is fun, quick and versatile hand smocked halter top pattern. There are 3 variations. It can even be made with a machine embroidered or appliqued bodice instead of a smocked bodice if desired. It can be made in sizes 2-7. A free butterfly smocking plate is included.

Fabric:
Imperial broadcloth, Kona cotton, pique or other medium weight cotton fabrics or poly/cotton blends. For size 2-5, you will need 1 yard. For size 6-7, you will need 1 yard, 3”.
Notions:
3/8” elastic Size 2-4: 2 pieces 10” each, Size 5-7: 2 pieces 11” each
(The length of the elastic can be lengthened or shortened as necessary for the width of the child’s chest.)
whipstitched piping or regular piping : less than 1 yard depending on the size and version chosen
