Materials
• Light to midweight cotton or cotton-blend fabrics. 44” wide:
o Bodice – ¼ yard
o Neck ruffle – 1/8 yard
o Sash and waistband – ¼ yard
o Skirts – size 2 through 5, 1 yard; all larger sizes, 1-1/4 yard
o Skirt ruffle – ½ yard
• 3/4 yard ¼” elastic

I made this for my granddaughter who just turned five--she loves it! The directions were easy to follow and it was super easy to make! I made it using Riley Blake girl chevron fabric with a lime green polka dot ruffle at the bottom and a pink and white damask at the neck and sash----so stinkin' cute!! Can't wait to make another one. Thanks for designing easy, cute patterns!

Turned out very well. Love sewing the bodice to skirt pieces before joining, but what is the purpose of the "inner" waistband on the back? If it's to prevent "scratchy-ness" shouldn't it be on the front as well. Will definitely use this pattern again, but will probably leave that step off.
