Sweet and sassy bloomers loaded with or without ruffles! No serger needed - complete instructions and photos are provided for regular sewing machine and serger options. Perfect peeking out under summer tops!
Sizes that can be made: 2T through 6 years
Approximate final measurements:
Size 2T: 10" outseam; 17" waist
Size 3T: 10.5" outseam; 17.5" waist
Size 4T: 11" outseam; 18" waist
Size 5: 11.5" outseam; 19" waist
Size 6: 12" outseam; 19.5" waist

Materials
• 3/4 yard fabric, cotton quilting fabric or other lightweight woven fabric, this is enough for the largest size using a directional print.
•1/4 yard total fabric for 3 ruffles if using serger/rolled hem, 1/3 yard total if using sewing machine/regular hem
• 1-1/3 yard 3/8” elastic
• Regular 8.5” x 11” printer paper and a printer
• Standard sewing equipment and supplies: sewing machine, scissors, pins, thread, etc.

So cute! LOVE these bloomers and would like to make tons more but I hate hemming the ruffles and gathering them LOL Otherwise, love the pattern and finished product!
