This sewing pattern for beginners teaches you to sew this pretty layered skirt for girls and even includes a tutorial for a cute little pillow made from scraps you might have thrown away.
Six sizes included: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6 and 7/8.
Recommended sewing experience: Beginner
As with all Tie Dye Diva patterns, step-by-step instructions, color photos and diagrams, and full-sized, computer-drafted pattern pieces are included. Stitching lines are diagrammed right onto the photos so you never need to guess where to sew. This easy-to-sew pattern features a cutaway template that prints on a single page, so there is nothing to tape together!

Materials
You need 3/4 to 1 yard of fabric for each of the skirt's layers; this will also make the waistband and the adorable included tutorial for the sweet little pillow.
You'll also need 2/3 yard of 1" elastic.

My 9 yr old Granddaughter just loved her skirt I made from this pattern. Wonderful instructions and pictures. It only takes a couples of hours to make. I have made several dresses from the "Fairytale Dress" pattern which is also made by Tie Dye Diva. Thank you for the skirt version. The older granddaughters like it better.

I made this skirt for Halloween and it turned out so cute. So many compliments. It took less than an hour to make. Very, very easy pattern. Highly recommended!
