Description
This easy, fully-reversible dress is perfect for pairing with pretty diaper covers, shorts, or pants! Great pattern for beginners on up - no serger or buttonholing is needed, and the clever design means no seam finishing because all seams are tucked inside. So quick, you'll be making a pile of them for your sweet baby girl!
Full sized, computer-drawn printable pattern pieces are included for sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months and 18-24 months.

Materials
• 1/2 yard cotton quilting fabric for main dress; 1/2 yard for reverse
• Small piece (2.5") 1/8" wide elastic
• Two 1/2" diameter buttons

I just finished making this top and it's adorable! I thought the pattern would be kinda fidly but the instructions are clear and simple. I never would have been able to figure it out on my own. I've also got the ruffle diaper cover pattern and will be making sets for my granddaughter. The instructions don't say to topstitch, but I think I'm going to topstitch around for a bit more of a finished look; but that's just it really is great! The one thing I'm wondering is if the inside button will bother her when she's laying down? {she's 4 mo.} Anyone had any trouble?

This pattern is soooooo cute--especially since it's reversible!! Sewing can be a little tricky since it's reversible, but the directions are pretty straightforward. It looks darling with the ruffled diaper cover, but don't be misled--the pattern is only for the dress. ChrissieSews--October 30, 2012

I can't say enough good things about this pattern or the finished product. I have two girls and I have probably made each of them at least 10 of these. They are super easy to put together, and the instructions are extremely clear. They are adorable with a cute little diaper cover during summer or jeans and a long sleeve shirt underneath during colder weather. I love that they can go from dress to shirt and almost seem to grow with my girls. Highly recommend adding this pattern to your library!
