Description
"Colleen" is one of those dresses that just takes your breath away and is perfect for any special occasion. This dress features a very full double layer skirt with the under layer showing off a pretty ruffle. The over skirt is open in the back to show off the under skirt. “Colleen” has a pretty bodice with a lovely neckline and buttons down the back. However, there is no doubt that the star in this show is the gorgeous sash that ties into a beautiful full bow with lovely long tails and can be tied in either the front or the back of the dress!
