The Boardwalk Ruffle Sleeve Dress is a sweet, playful design, perfect for holiday dress up, playing at the park, and everything in between. The ruffled, flutter sleeves lend a bit of whimsy to this easy to make dress. Full sided pattern pieces in sizes 2 through 9/10 are included.

Materials
* Light to Mid-weight Quilting Cotton in the amounts shown in the below:
Size 2 - 1/2 yard Main Fabric
1/4 yard Band Fabric
Size 3/4 - 2/3 yard Main Fabric
1/4 yard Band Fabric
Size 5/6 - 3/4 yard Main Fabric
1/2 yard Band Fabric
Size 7/8 - 1 1/2 yards Main Fabric
1/2 yard Band Fabric
Size 9/10 - 1 1/2 yards Main Fabric
1/2 yard Band Fabric
* 1 yard of ¼” elastic
* Standard sewing supplies – i.e. sewing machine, scissors, pins, thread, measuring tape, etc. Rotary cutter and mat are optional.
* Optional – trim such as ribbon, bias tape or ric rac.

This pattern is my go-to pattern if I want to make something for a little girl who's measurements I'm not sure about. The sleeves were a little tricky the first time - but I have probably made this dress 5 or 6 times and everytime it comes out perfect and every little girls favorite dress.
