This was the second pattern I've made from Bit of Whimsy and I loved it. I made one for a friends daughter and she adored it :)

Very cute and easy to make. I have made 2 for my nieces and a boy one for my nephew (he got it 6 months ago for his 1st bday and to this day, it's still his favorite). My girls have birthdays coming, so they are next :)

This pattern is SUPER easy to follow and produces a doll exactly like the photo. I made my girls, ages 15 and 23 ( years NOT months! ;) ) one for Christmas. I used a shirt that belonged to my DAD ( their pawpaw) before he passed away 5 years ago; to make her skirt . Instant family heirloom! I made the hair and eye color to match the girl she was sewn for. Sooooo Cute! Highly recommend this pattern!

I just finished my first Mae doll. She's a gift for my daughter who just turned 3 and is giving up her binkys to her baby cousin. Mae will be her gift from her cousin in exchange for the binkys. She's such a sweet doll and very easy to make! I can see our Mae having lots of siblings and friends in the near future! Thanks for such a great pattern! Blessings- Dana

I don't really make dolls. So I was slightly hesitant to purchase this pattern, but it was just so darn cute I couldn't resist. I'm so glad I gave in! The instruction were clear, even a beginning can make Mae. The finished product is absolutely adorable. In fact, I made a sample doll last night and my little girl saw her this morning and decided that it was hers. She loves it. This is a great pattern.

Super fast and easy to make!!!!! I was very impressed with the easy directions and she turned out so cute!!!!!!!

This pattern was great! I've never made a doll in my life and this was very easy to make. Clear instructions and great photo steps...I confess, I didn't really read the instructions closely...the pictures were fairly self explanatory. I haven't embroidered in probably 25 years...so my stitching leaves A LOT to be desired! This is a Christmas present for a friends little girl. I hope she likes it.

Very easy to make and such cute results. I did find that if I embroidered the faces on before sewing the front and back together that it made it a whole lot easier. My daughter loved her doll and I made one for my niece as well. Instructions easy to understand as well.
