•3 cuts of 52”-58” wide tulle - 3 yards each
Note: You can use up to 4 yards each for an even fuller tutu.
•3/8” elastic
•Straight pins
•Safety pin
•Matching or clear filament thread
•Filling! (For inspiration, use any of our 40 tutu recipes!)
•Ribbon for waistline (optional)
•Sewing Machine (Again, this is perfect for the BEGINNER or experienced seamstress!)

Yay for Fancy Filled Tutus! If you're looking for a tutu that's super easy to make, and fabulously poofy and girly, this is it!! It took me about an hour to make, and it's one of the most adorable things I've ever seen!!
