I don't love the "straight across" bodice. I like a litttle more coverage on the top. The skirt is great, though. I've paired it with another bodice for a nice result.

I love this pattern I made 2 dresses so far and have another 3 to go 2 are for easter and 1 is for a friends daughter that saw the dresses and really wanted 1. I love making them so easy and beautiful and the girls can't wait to wate them.

Aside from some problems with the math and sizing of the dress the pattern is great. So easy to follow that I've made three (though not entirely by design)

Once you figure out the math, this is an easy pattern to replicate. My girls loved to twirl, and twirl and twirl. Once the top got too small/ tight, I just cut off the bodice and turned it into a skirt! The ruffler foot is a must for this dress! It saves HOURS of time!

LOVE this dress! Super twirly!!

Spoon, Susan - March 7th, 2012

I love that I ca make this for so many different sizes, but a ruffler is definitely a must!

Ths is a beautiful pattern, and my daughter loved the dress I made for her from it. I will make more of these once I get a gathering attachment for my machine - so many layers takes a lot of time to gather! The effects are worth it, though!

Very disappointing there are no pattern pieces! If you don't have a little one to measure, you're out of luck! Would not recommend this pattern!

This pattern is so easy to follow, the dress makes up beautiful. I will be making many more as my grandaughter loved the dress.

Burdick, Cindy - January 22nd, 2012

My girls love, love, love this dress! They would wear them everyday, if I would let them. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. I did alter the tops of my dresses, though, to make them a little higher and added a cap sleeve.

This pattern is sooooo pretty! Very easy to do and the look is just beautiful! I made 2 different styles. One exactly as instructed, and then another one that I shirred the back top portion and wow, how versitile this pattern is! By the way this was my first piece of clothing ever for me to try and I was so impressed at how easily written out the instructions were and how possible it was to make a little masterpiece! Thanks, LiLi Belle Creations!!! I will be coming back to this pattern time and time again!

donna cooper - August 1st, 2011

This dress made up VERY pretty. I added a ruffle on the top portion because I noticed that the dress was a bit low for a child. I also used a think ribbon for the back instead of the loop and button. The diffucult part was the ruffle at the bottom. I have not sewed ruffles in years. It was time consuming and at times I had to just put the project down. I will use a ruffler the next time I attempt the dress. I will be posting a picture when I visit my grandaughter.
