This is a pattern you can use again and again. I made my son's pants for his Halloween costume and I'll use it for PJ bottoms in the near future. It's super easy and sews up quickly and a beginner would do well with it.

I did a little sewing back in my teen/ home economics years and I was able to make these pants in a multitude of sizes with no trouble at all. Directions were so well written and laid out it was all a piece of cake! I even made my son costume pants for his Order of the Arrow regalia that look really great!

These are very easy to make. A few years ago, I made them as Christmas sleep pants for my grown sons, who are both over 6'5". My older son loved the fact that they were LONG enough, as most commercial sleep pants are too short for him.

I've made lots of pj pants by just tracing around an old pair and wasn't sure these would be much better, but they really are great! The fit is absolutely perfect and the pattern and instructions are so well written with some great tips. I'm making these for the whole family for Christmas this year!

I've made this pattern (and the kid's version) so many times I've lost count. It's a great pattern. Being inspired by one of the tester's photos, I decided to make myself a pair of Easy Fit maternity pants. I made 1 size larger than I normally do. I used button hole elastic (leaving an inch-2 inch gap in the waist unsewn) and left extra tucked into the waist. As my belly grows I'm able to adjust the elastic. After the baby is born I plan to replace the elastic with normal elastic (and sew the gap closed) to fit my non-pregnant waist. These pants were made for pajama pants, so having them a little roomy after the baby is born will be fine. These are so much more comfy than my normal maternity pants. With different fabric they would be great for normal (non-sleeping) going out in public wear. I plan to make another pair for myself soon.

I'm am soooo EXCITED! I've made these pants for my kiddos for two years now. Every pair is loved and worn to shreds! I just made a new pair in polar fleece for my 4 year old son - West Virginia Mountaineers - they're so comfortable he wore them for three days DAY and NIGHT. They are the first things he grabs out of the laundry room. I've always wanted a pattern for me... even Dad has asked for a pair. Off to sew......!!!!!

I love the earlier Easy Fit Pants pattern so much that I had to get this one. It's just as easy as the pattern for smaller sizes and just as quick to make. I usually make pants for my kids (and I used this pattern for my older niece) but I plan to make some for myself now :)

I am a big fan of CarlaC and this pattern is just as easy to make with excellent instructions as the rest of her patterns BUT this a a pattern for non curvy people, if you have some "junk in the trunk" these pants are likely not to fit or be very baggy in the front. My super skinny sisters thought they were great.

Another AWESOME pattern by CarlaC. I actually bought the pattern when it was first released but have not actually sewn it until the other day. I LOVE the fact that I can whip a pair of comfy lounge pants in about 45 minutes. The pattern is written extremely clear and super easy to follow. I even made my self a "skort" using a simple a-line for the skirt and the easy fits for the legs. It was perfect. THANK YOU so much Carla C for sharing your talent with us.
