Gathered puff sleeves, lined bodice and no zippers or buttons (only for decoration) makes this dress a breeze to sew!
Suitable materials: quilters cotton, chambray, woven fabrics, lightweight corduroy, satin, sateen etc. anything non stretchy. The lining is best in cottons.

Made three of these for my granddaughters. Added a red rhinestone button to
each and that was their favorite one. For the older grandchild I had to cut into the skirt and overlap adding a snap under button and at the waist because it was difficult for her to put on. They all were precious !!
