Materials
2 fat quarters of any type of fabric
1/2 yard of Russian netting (aka birdcage netting or veiling)
Basic Hand-sewing supplies
Small amount of felt
Fray Check
Hot glue gun and glue
Fancy button of 3/4" or larger
Barrette, hard headband or fold-over elastic, depending on application
