Materials needed:

- Aluminum Crochet Hook – Size I-9
- Plastic Yarn (NOTE: 12 – 1” strips per standard size plastic bag = 6 yards):
- White with Red plastic yarn - approx 40-50 Kmart/Target/Walgreens plastic bags or 260 yards
- 4 stitch markers (optional)

Final measurements: Width-13 1/2”; Height-14” (top ribbing to base); Long Strap Length-30”; Short Strap Length-18”
